General Notices:

​

• All areas are covered by CCTV

• Scenic Estates Ltd (the owner), and their appointed representatives such as Site Wardens or Fishing Bailiffs, reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time without prior notice

• These lakes and grounds are private property and not open to the general public they are to be used only by those engaging in organised activities with the site owner eg: paid fishing, camping, caravaning etc.

• Our lakes are very deep and can be dangerous places for anyone, we ask that children are supervised at all times by a responsible adult

• Our property wide speed limit is 5 (five) MPH this must be adhered to at all times

• Any and all rubbish is to be disposed of in the skips and bins provided

• All areas are to be kept clean and tidy, this includes areas around tents and caravans

• Those making use of our site are expected to be respectful and aware of others using the park and it's facilities and behave appropriately, loud noise eg: TV, Music etc should be quiet after 10pm

• Excessive consumption of alcohol and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated

• No vehicle use in the Camping and Caravan areas of the park after 11pm and before 5am

• You are responsible for your own belongings, please ensure when you leave your Caravan or Tent that you leave them secure and locked and any valuables out of view of others, Scenic Estates Ltd (the owner) are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage or theft of items whilst on the site, you should ensure your property is adequately and sufficiently insured for your stay with us

• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when in public areas

• Only 1 (one) car is permitted to be parked at any tent or caravan any and all additional vehicles must be parked in the visitor car park

• ALL commercial vehicles must be parked in the visitor car park and should not be brought into the Camping and Caravan area at any time

• Owners of tents and caravans are responsible for the behaviour of their guests and visitors

• Please keep the park tidy, litter is dangerous to wildlife and we have a lot of wildlife here so your vigilance is appreciated, all litter should be disposed of in the skips and bins provided

• Please report any breakages, problems or faulty equipment to a team member as soon as possible so we can ensure issues are rectified with minimal delay

• In all matters regarding the site the decision of the Management of Scenic Estates Ltd (the owner) will be final and binding on all parties concerned

Toilet & Shower Block:

​

• Do not leave any personal belongings or items in the Toilet & Shower block, any items found will be disposed of

• Please leave toilet and shower areas as you would personally expect to find them, clean and tidy - do not leave shower gel, shampoo, shaving accessories in these areas

• Please ensure toilets are flushed after use

• No muddy footwear is to be brought or warn in the Toilet & Shower block

• Dispose of all used hand towels in the bins provided

• Dispose of sanitary products in the specialist bins provided

• Children should be supervised at all times when using the Toilet & Shower block facilities

• Anyone found abusing the facilities provided will be asked to leave the site without refund of any monies paid
